Real Madrid's winger Offers Regret to The Madrid Club Supporters

Vinicius Jr in action

Vinicius Jr has registered 5 finishes in ten Spanish league matches so far this term.

The Madrid giants forward Vinicius Jr has said sorry to supporters for his reaction when substituted in Sunday's fiery match against Barcelona victory.

The Brazilian was replaced in the second half and expressed his annoyance by going straight off the pitch.

The Brazilian later returned to the sidelines and, after his side's narrow triumph, sought to engage Barça's Lamine Yamal during unsavoury final whistle exchanges.

"Now I want to express regret to all the Madridistas for my behavior when I was replaced in the big match," Vinicius posted on his account.

"In the same way as I have previously expressed during today's practice, I also want to say sorry once more to my teammates, the organization, and the president.

"Occasionally fervor takes over me because I always want to triumph and assist my club. My determined nature comes from the passion I feel for this institution and all it represents."

The player moved to the Spanish capital from his former club in recent years for £38.7m and has notched triple figures in more than 300 games.

But his prospects in the Madrid is unclear with speculation in recent months indicating that Los Blancos would consider letting the young star leave if they obtained a suitable offer.

When the winger was substituted on the match day, cameras from broadcaster the service picked him up stating: "It's always me! I'm departing the side! It's better if I go, I'm going."

In his new post on the platform, the athlete stated: "I commit to keep battling at all times for the benefit of the club, as I have performed since the first day."
